Happy Thirsty Thursday! For this very special St. Patrick’s Day/Week, we‘ve mixed up special Irish cocktails! Sip along to our latest episode featuring leprechauns, banshees, and more!

Inspired by A Communal Table, Trisha mixed up the Vanilla Irish Whiskey Mule! This recipe is a simple one, accented by a DIY vanilla syrup.
For the syrup: 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp vanilla extract – Boil sugar and water until sugar is fully dissolved, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
For the mule: 2 oz Jameson Whiskey, spritz of lemon, 3/4 oz vanilla syrup, 3 oz Fevertree ginger ale – Muddle or spritz lemon juice in glass. Pour in the whiskey and simple syrup, stir. Add ice, and top with ginger ale.
